Position Overview: Gregor Industries is looking for a Digital Marketing and Technology Manager to oversee technology systems, manage digital marketing campaigns, and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT, digital marketing, and social media, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
What You'll Do:
IT Management:
- Oversee and manage company IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems, software, and hardware are operational and up to date.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain company website, ensuring it is functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT professionals to implement new technologies or upgrades.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and manage content for social media channels, including text, graphics, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and insights, adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to capture relevant on-site content (photos/videos) for social media posts.
Marketing Management:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to support company objectives, including digital ads, email marketing, and newsletters.
- Design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and proposals, to support sales and business development teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide reports on metrics such as ROI, engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies and vendors to execute large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, conferences, and trade shows.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, social media marketing, or digital marketing (preferably in construction or a related industry).
- Knowledge of construction industry trends and terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Ads.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, website management, and technology solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for technology and marketing.
Pay Range
