Position Overview: Gregor Industries is looking for a Recruiter to join our growing company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various construction-related positions. This role will involve full-cycle recruitment, from posting job openings and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring processes, ensuring the company meets its staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner.
What You'll Do:
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Post job openings, source candidates, and build a strong candidate pipeline for construction roles.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and fit.
- Hiring Process: Coordinate with hiring managers, extend offers, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding activities.
- Employer Branding & Networking: Attend job fairs and industry events to attract top talent.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (certifications preferred).
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction.
- Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job board platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry roles and staffing needs.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Pay Range
USD $25.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.Salary : $25 - $40
