Position Summary:
As Plant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing all daily operations at our Kahoka, MO facility. You'll lead a team of 50-60 employees across two shifts, driving productivity, safety, quality, and stewardship. We're looking for a leader who can optimize processes, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to our continued growth.
To ensure your success, you'll receive comprehensive onboarding and mentorship from our CEO/Owner, National Sales Manager, office staff, and floor supervisors. This collaborative approach will provide you with the knowledge and support you need to build and refine your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize day-to-day operations through effective scheduling and organization.
- Ensure timely and high-quality production to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team towards achieving shared goals.
- Foster a collaborative and trusting work environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to drive data-driven decisions.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Apply your expertise in metal fabrication to enhance our production processes.

- Proven experience in plant management or middle management, ideally in the steel industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
