2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in electrical construction, skilled trades, or general construction.
Strong knowledge of electrical licensing requirements, OSHA standards, and industry hiring practices is preferred.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment websites, job boards, and ATS platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Design and implement recruitment strategies targeting skilled electrical professionals (e.g., electricians, apprentices, and utility trades).
- Cultivate relationships with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and industry partners to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer processes.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Conduct 45 day check-in meetings with new hires as well as exit interviews with departing employees.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled tradespeople to meet project staffing needs.
- Proactively identify workforce gaps and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions to attract top talent.
- Promote the company's safety-first culture and employee well-being initiatives.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance employer branding and attract skilled professionals.
