Processing Operator will ensure that juice production requirements are delivered on time to meet daily production goals while maintaining standards of quality, GMPs, FDA, State and OSHA Regulations to create a safe product for customers to consume.

What you would be doing as a Processing Operator:
Processing Operator, Tanker Unloader will proactively anticipate and prepare for the production workflow. Our high-tech tanker offloading systems are used to begin the first step in our juice production process by filling silos of concentrate that is delivered from tanker trucks.
- Work independently and apart of a team in a fast-paced, automatous environment
- Perform basic mathematical calculations
- Measure, dispense and blend liquid and dry ingredients
- Quality test and make any alterations to meet standards of brix, acidity and taste
- Disassemble, sanitize and reassemble process equipment
- Control product waste and raw materials to ensure a minimum loss
- Ensure materials, documentation and equipment areas are maintained to standards of hygiene and specifications for unannounced audits
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience in batching or mixing fluids like soda, juice, paint, chemicals
- Experience working with pasteurizer and production equipment including tanks and Cleaned In Place (CIP) Systems
- Forklift experience and ability to lift 50 pounds
