Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Architectural Project Manager / Client Brand Manager to oversee architectural projects while providing dedicated support to our external clients and the brands we collaborate with. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in architecture and project management, combined with strong client relationship, brand support, and internal people management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Architectural Project Management :
Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Actively involved in production
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
Client Brand Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients, understanding their brand vision and project goals.
Monitor project outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
5- 7 years of experience in architectural project management and client brand support.
3-5 years of experience as an architectural designer on single family residential and commercial fit-outs ( Quick Service Restaurants and / or custom commercial : Offices (General & Medical), Industrial / Warehousing, Retail, Salons and more)
Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., Revit (3 years) Required , AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of branding principles as they relate to client projects.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional licensure in architecture (preferred).
