Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring quality patient care is delivered consistently.

- Manage nurse staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular reviews of medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
