This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the entire lifecycle of packaging projects, from concept to launch, while honing your skills in product design, project management, and sustainable packaging.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the design of new product lines from idea sketching to final CAD drawing.
• Manage timelines for packaging development, ensuring all launch milestones are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality assurance, sales) to deliver high-quality products that meet functional, aesthetic, and cost requirements.
• Build and contribute to product cost calculations, pricing models, and financial analysis.
• Partner with customers and suppliers to understand requirements, participate in Factory Acceptance Tests, and address root cause investigations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Stay informed on sustainable packaging materials and regulatory requirements.
