Responsibilities
- Operate and load high-speed machinery.
- Unload undecorated cups onto jacobs ladder.
- Perform daily/weekly machine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Assist technicians and supervisors with product line clearances.
- Assemble boxes, insert plastic bags, and pack boxes with finished products.
- Place packed boxes on pallets and move pallets using hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks on finished/unfinished products to ensure high standards.
- Maintain a clean work area to prevent product contamination.
- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a high-speed/fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. continuously.
- Ability to push or pull pallets regularly.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Willingness to wash hands multiple times per shift and work near moving mechanical parts (PPE provided).
- Attention to detail for quality control.
