We are a fast-paced printing company specializing in delivering high-quality printed materials to a diverse clientele. We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer / Prepress Specialist to join our team and play a key role in creating and preparing files for print production.
Responsibilities :
- Design and layout a variety of printed materials including brochures, business cards, flyers, banners, packaging, and more.
- Prepare and preflight files for offset, digital, and large format printing processes.
- Ensure all artwork is print-ready by correcting color issues, setting proper bleeds, and checking resolution, fonts, and layers.
- Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any file issues during the prepress process.
- Operate prepress software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and RIP software.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of print specifications and customer requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files for future use.
- Communicate with customers until job completion.
