J ob Summary :
Grenova is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to manage and coordinate production schedules to balance demand and capacity effectively. This involves estimating material, equipment, and labor needs while collaborating with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires monitoring inventory levels, addressing supply chain inefficiencies, and ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and quality standards. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management techniques. This position is in-person at our Richmond Headquarters.

Requirements :
- Estimates the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production
- Develop and manage detailed production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing processes, balancing demand and capacity
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for production
- Monitor inventory levels, track materials usage, and coordinate with the supply chain to prevent shortages and minimize excess
- Ensure all production planning activities comply with GMP regulations and internal quality standards
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to delivery schedules for procurement activities
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Present findings to management for strategic decision-making
- Identify and resolve production-related issues, including delays, equipment malfunctions, and resource shortages, to minimize disruptions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to facilitate smooth production operations
- Research issues and assess inefficiencies within the supply chain to devise solutions
