Implement Khan Academy for Summer Program Participants in a fun and engaging mannerProvide small group tutoring sessions for campers struggling with math conceptsDirect and manage volunteers to help with tutoring sessionsCommunicate with parents of campers receiving extra helpUtilize formal assessments with each child to determine initial level / ability and progress throughout summerCreate a safe space in the program area provided Utilize incentives and recognition accordinglyOffer on a wider / broader scale math related games, activities, contests to the entire campSubmit reports upon requestsQualifications Bachelor's degree in education preferred 2-3 years experience in an educational settingAdditional Information Opportunity for employment continuation in the fall (10-15 hours a week) Mon-Fri : 9am-1pm (~20 hours / week)Must be available for Training - June 26th Must be available for Camp Session - July 8th - August 16th
