Job Description
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs for customers
- Balance frequent customer visits with office-based tasks
- Specialize in conveying and handling technology
- Contribute insights from field assignments to improve service offerings in collaboration with sales and support teams
- Document service activities through detailed reports
- Conduct training sessions on machine operation, maintenance, and repair, including support in creating training materials
- Work closely with customers to address technical issues and discuss upcoming projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical challenges efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support and service delivery
- Provide feedback from field visits to both customers and internal support staff
Requirements:
- Completed training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a related industrial field
- A technician degree is a plus
- Several years of experience in industrial service and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems would be helpful
- Strong team player with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working directly with customers, providing technical support and solutions
- Professional in MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel frequently within the USA and occasionally to Europe for training
