Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm
Compensation: $22 - $25 DOE
Qualifications:
- 6 months previous Service Department experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
- Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).

Responsibilities
Assists service customers, Service Advisors and Service Manager.
Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough messages, delivering to appropriate department or individual.
Checks voicemail and returns calls or forwards messages throughout the day.
Sets service appointments.
Calls customer for appointment reminder one business day before scheduled appointment date.
Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Obtain basic demographic information about each customer, using an ups card, a computer system, a log sheet, or other method established by the dealership.
Enters data into prospect tracking system and runs prospect reports for managers as needed.
Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner via method requested by the Service Manager.
Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Assists with clerical/administrative duties as requested.
Runs errands in company vehicles and assisting with Service Porter duties when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
