Key Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will support all aspects of the investment process, including:
- Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to evaluate potential investments.
- Industry Research: Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities across healthcare sectors.
- Deal Execution: Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.
- Portfolio Support: Collaborate with portfolio companies to monitor performance and identify value-creation opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with senior team members to contribute to strategic decision-making and overall success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong analytical skills and a passion for healthcare:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, healthcare, or related fields; advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are a plus.
- Experience: 2–6 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a related field. Prior exposure to healthcare is strongly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present findings.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter with attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
