Gresham Hunt is excited to be partnering with a leading LNG company experiencing significant growth who are looking to expand their team this year. The Analyst will play a key role in analyzing global industry trends, with a particular focus on international markets. This role will involve supporting the LNG Strategy team by developing scenario analyses, forecasts, and offering valuable insights to assist the commercial group. Key responsibilities include data collection, monitoring media, creating and maintaining databases, conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, and preparing reports and presentations. Additionally, the Analyst will collaborate with originators to gather market information and provide market insights and analysis.
Specific duties will include, but may not be limited to, the following :
- Monitor industry developments plus various natural gas markets, including supply and demand indicators, competitor plans, regulatory developments and prices
- Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret data, formulate reports and identify market trends
- Assist in building company views and market outlooks
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and business units to capture market information and support research and planning objectives
- Prepare and distribute graphic representations of data and analytical briefs
- Update and curate presentation materials for the VP Strategy and Origination team
