Our dealership is interested in bringing on a Main Shop Service Advisor to join our Service Department. As our Service Advisor, youd spend most of your time assisting both the service technicians and our guests throughout the service and repair process. The ideal candidate would be an individual with prior automotive service advising experience who is looking for a long-term career.
Main Shop Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Main Shop Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience.
- Dealership experience.
- A strong work ethic and good work history.
- Communication Skills.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
