Assistant Manager
Looking for an amazing, energetic person that can support the store manager and help lead a team of 4-10 people.
An Assistant Manager is a vital part of the management team and responsible for making sure that the daily operations of the store run smoothly by supporting staff on the sales floor, maintaining all visual standards and a partner in handling administration duties. These duties include but are not limited to receiving products, inventory management, resolving customer complaints and training new team members.
Details Include:
Actively participates in the hiring process including but not limited to:
- Recruiting
- Interviewing
- New hire paperwork & I9 verification
- Training
Assists in the weekly scheduling process.
- Standards/Expectations
- Submission & posting
- Articulates time-off requests and blackout time frames.
Operational Paperwork – knowledgeable of the following:
- Daily media paperwork audit
- End of Month paperwork
- Filing and retention
Business Acumen
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction as guided by senior management
- Keep daily business records
- Drive sales and KPI results through coaching and accountability
Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in Retail Management
- Flexible available for days, some nights and weekends
- Availability the day before and after all major holidays
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable Transportation
