Part-Time Sales Leader/Key Holder Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to…
Responsible for supporting store management in overseeing the operational functioning of the store when a Store Manager is not on the premises – effectively performing “manager on duty” responsibilities. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Driving sales and KPI results
- Proactively overseeing/maintaining the customer experience
- Executing open/close responsibilities per the company standard
- Effectively handling and resolving IT related issues, i.e., registers offline, credit card processing down, Seamless Retail issues
- Responsible for proactively resolving customer issues and/or complaints.
- Active in the processing and receiving of Hallmark ASN shipments and replenishment of Hallmark products on the sales floor.
- Responsible for POSR audits of programs on auto replenishment
- Assist in any additional operational tasks based on the needs of the business.
Works closely with the Store Manager to:
- Support the new hire orientation and training process.
- Understanding and implementing new policies, operational changes and/or initiatives
- Participates in new technology implementation and training as requested.
- Upholding the CARE Customer Service standards
- Maintains & articulates current products, promotional events, and the Crown Rewards program with the customer.
Performs in a consistent manner to meet or exceed company Key Performing Indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to:
- Sales & Individual Average Transaction (IAT) goals
- Medallia goals (customer service)
- Crown Reward promotion and enrollment goals
- Uphold all loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Promotes and maintains a safe shopping/working environment by completing general housekeeping responsibilities.
- Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with our culture.
Must have the ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, i.e., fixture parts and cartons of product.
Hours work average 35 to 38 hours per week.
Qualifications include
Previous Experience in Retail Sales
Available for some nights and Weekends
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable Transportation
Applicants must be 18 years or older with previous retail or management experience & be available to work nights and weekends as well as the day before and after all major holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
