We are seeking dynamic and empathic customer engagement and care connector lead to drive meaningful connections with our customers and lead a high-performing team of care connectors. In this role you will champion the customer service experience, ensuring every interaction is compassionate and impactful. You will provide leadership and empower the team to go above and beyond to shape an environment of trust, loyalty, accountability and effectiveness.
Sales Leader Responsibilities
A Sales Leader Key responsible includes but are not limited to customer engagements, coaching and development, day to day operations, inventory control and administrative duties.
Qualifications include:
- Develop and execute high level of customer engagement
- Lead, coach and support a team of care connectors
- Establish clear goals, workflows and performance metric to ensure team accountability and effectiveness
- Foster a team culture centered on compassion, inclusivity and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and reports concerns to senior management
- Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction as guided by senior management
- Retail experience preferred
Additional skill set and qualifications preferred:
- Effective execute visual presentation and story telling
- Ensure consistent execution of company’s visual presentation
- Set up displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales
- Available to work flexible shifts which include some nights and weekends
- Can meet scheduling needs of business
- Maintain a Professional appearance and attitude
Applicants must be 18 years or older with previous retail or management experience & be available to work nights and weekends.
