GSRP Preschool Teacher Purpose/Goal
To cooperate in providing a warm and nurturing, quality early childhood environment in which each child can grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially.
GSRP Preschool Teacher Requirements
- BA in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Elementary Education/Early Childhood/PreK-3rd preferred, or willingness to work towards certification. Scholarship opportunities available!
- Experience working in a group care setting
- Immunization requirements: MMR, Tdap, Hep B, Varicella, Annual influenza and Covid-19 plus updated booster
GSRP Preschool Teacher Responsibilities
Lead Teachers work on a team to support children and families through:
- Learning Environment
- Daily routine, small group, large group, transitions, clean up, snacks and meals, and outside time
- Curriculum Planning and Assessment
- Family Partnerships and Community Relationships

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Personnel File is up to date
- CPR/First Aid
- Current TB Test
- Current Physical
- Adheres to attendance policies as outlined in the staff handbook.
