FSQA Manager
We are searching for a FSQA Manager for a food manufacturing plant. This roles oversees all plant Food Safety and Quality programs, systems, training, and cultural development for the plant. Works cross-functionally with all departmental managers and the plant senior leadership team on such programs and training. Ideal candidates will have the following :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Quality as a Manager or Supervisor in a Food Manufacturing Plant
- SQF Practitioner, HACCP and PCQI certified
- Strong skills in communication, problem solving, decision-making, prioritizing work, and organization.
- Experience with leading audits
- Servant leadership style
