The FSQA Manager will be responsible for leading the Food Safety and Quality departments at the manufacturing site and instrumental in the development and implementation of new Quality strategies and procedures. This individual will train and develop the department's staff to establish a culture of quality in the plant. This position also investigates consumer complaints, leads SQF Audits and manages the HACCP plan.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- BS/BA degree in food science, quality, or other related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality supervision in a food or beverage manufacturing plant
- SQF Practitioner, PCQI certified, HACCP trained
- Strong leadership abilities with a servant leadership style
- Ability to work as a partner and collaborate across all departments
Location: Indiana
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
