Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Developer / Team Lead.
About the job :
This position involves several senior level skills and a high comfortability with being self-sufficient and leading others. It will involve software development in several languages along with being your own DevOps support for the system being built and deployed. Additionally, it will require comfortability in researching and interfacing with other entities, all while leading the effort and helping others in architecting and implementing parts of the system. It also will require familiarity with several COTS tools and development environments. A true jack of all trades position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Organize and lead an Agile software team
- Perform not only as a Software Developer, but also as a DevOps and System Engineer
- Build, maintain and deploy microservices into various containerized environments
- Migrate from Docker deployed system to a Cloud hosted Kubernetes cluster environment
About you :
Docker : A solid understanding of building and running
Familiarization with CRUD operations to both SQL and Non-SQL DBs

ActiveMQ
Spring Boot Framework for Java
Helm Charts : Usage and creating of charts for system deployment
