About the Position :
The personal trainer is responsible for providing members of the club with a personalized fitness-lifestyle program, which includes an assessment of their fitness needs, as well as a program for exercise that will assist the members in achieving their goals.

Requirements :
Greet each member and guest by name when they are on the fitness floor, including establishing a relationship with each member greeted
Conduct new member assessments and orientations
Promote and sell the club’s personal training and any related personal instruction for members and guests
Assist in facilitating personal contact between members when they are on the exercise floor
Assist in preventive maintenance and cleaning of the fitness equipment
Willingly step in and assist with responsibilities attend to other services offered by the club, including teaching group-fitness classes, as may be required to help ensure that the club delivers upon its brand promise
Knowledge of athletic / fitness equipment, desktop computers, facsimile equipment, copiers, landline phone, and calculator.
Skill and knowledge requirements :
An Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Science.
Higher education experience and certifications preferred.
Education requirement maybe substituted with three (3 years of related experience and / or training.
