Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, and door hanging.
- Assist in concrete forming and masonry work as needed.
- Execute installation of siding and other exterior finishes.
- Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetics of completed projects.
- Assemble various structures and components according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in electrical work is a plus.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry techniques, and trim carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
