Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and auto body repairs.
- Transmit service orders to technicians while ensuring clarity on customer requests.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and service techniques.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, including oil changes, tire services, alignment, suspension work, and auto body repair.
- Proficiency in service writing with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers.
