- 60 months experience analyzing and writing formal documentation of business processes and workflows, documenting application architecture and best practices for developers to follow.
- 60 months development experience using the following concepts and technologies: Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development working in the title of application architect

Detailed Job Description: This position will work within the OTDA CDX (Consolidated Data Exchange) team to complete development and testing for exchanging data between OTDA CDX, DOH MECM and SSA. SSA provides two batch interface files - SVES (State Verification & Exchange System) and BENDEX (Beneficiary & Earnings Data Exchange) for NYS to utililze when determining client eligibility for NYS benefit assistance (Medicaid, Supplement Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance (TA)). The processing of the SVES and BENDEX files occurs today on the OTDA Unisys mainframe. Moving this process to a non-mainframe solution further's DOH goals of modernizing Non-Magi Medicaid eligibility determination.
