Job Description:

• 84 months experience in a Child Welfare Data Warehouse leadership with demonstrated enterprise level project successes.
• 84 months of experience in managing multiple large, complex custom IT projects defined primarily as those with the following characteristics: budget over $1,000,000 annually, duration over 48 months, multiple funding sources including federal and grant funding, managing external stakeholders, multi level project team organization, and deployment to geographically diverse end users
• 84 months of experience in developing and maintaining project records in Microsoft Project and Service Now workflow management software.
• 84 months experience using advanced Extract/Transform/Load techniques including bulk select, bulk insert, arrays, dynamic SQL and developing detailed incremental ETL processes.
• 84 months of experience in engaging in project communication including leading regularly scheduled project team meetings, preparing meeting summaries, facilitating meetings to resolve project issues, preparing clear and concise status reports, presenting project status briefings to IT leadership, presenting project status briefings to project steering committees and/or agency executive management.
• 84 months of experience in managing projects
• 24 months of experience in scheduling and configuring Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) jobs in OpCon.
• 84 months experience leading Data Warehouse development utilizing Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) and Oracle Data Integrator(ODI) .
• Bachelor s Degree
