Greylock Energy is seeking a Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Charleston, West Virginia office. As a member of our accounting team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be responsible for financial and management reporting and analysis for the accounts receivable function.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to effectively perform the following duties; other duties may be assigned:
- Prepares invoices and submits to counterparties for payment,
- Receives and accurately records cash receipts in a timely manner,
- Ensures collection of accounts are timely,
- Conducts account research,
- Ensures accounts are accurately reconciled,
- Resolves accounts receivable discrepancies,
- Prepares and submits monthly reports,
- Completes month-end close,
- Collaborates with other departments regarding invoicing and collections.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field is required; Accounting degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience is required; 3 years of experience is preferred.
- Oil and gas accounting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced features in Excel and Word are required.
- Power BI experience is preferred.
