Greylock Energy is actively seeking a Lease Operator to work to work out of our Rockies North division in Big Piney, Wyoming.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Implement safe work practices and participate in a proactive safety culture that consistently prioritizes the safety of our Team Members, and the communities where we operate while also protecting the environment.
- Operate flowing oil & gas wells and production facilities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Operate 2 & 3 phase separators and dehydration units.
- Climb stairs and gauge 300-400 bbl water and oil tanks, as well as understand how to read a gauge tape.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments and miscellaneous production equipment.
- Complete run tickets.
- Input daily production data into the production accounting system.
- Operate a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
- Operate UTV’s (load/unload from trailer, with tracks)
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on field compressors.
- Operate and maintain flowlines, cleaning, inspecting and leak repair.
- Demonstrate basic math skills (add, subtract, multiple, and divide).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
LOCATION & TRAVEL
This role is outdoors, requires traveling to different locations within the operating area, and requires working in all types of weather.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role requires extended periods of physical activity including walking, kneeling, climbing, bending, reaching, lifting and using hand tools. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- The ability to perform job functions satisfactorily with minimal direct supervision is required.
- Computer skills with proficiency in using specialized programs, applications, and internet are required, with the ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of oil and gas experience with production operations is preferred.
- Available to work a flexible schedule and respond to call outs in a timely manner is required.
