About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics of all gas, oil and water production. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards, as well as monitoring production performance and implementing strategies to optimize output.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics of all gas, oil and water production;

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards;

• Monitor production performance and implement strategies to optimize output;

• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate solutions with field personnel;

• Communicate with third party producers and pipelines;

• Manage company fleet of trucks;

• Manage equipment, inventory and associated storage yards and facilities;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field;

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in oil and gas field operations;

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership, project management, or supervisory roles;

• Knowledge of oilfield production systems, drilling operations, and well optimization;
">
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, BSEE, etc.);
">
• Familiarity with operational software and SCADA systems;
