- Oversee daily field operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics of all gas, oil and water production; ">
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards; ">
- Monitor production performance and implement strategies to optimize output; ">
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate solutions with field personnel; ">
- Communicate with third party producers and pipelines; ">
- Manage company fleet of trucks; ">
- Manage equipment, inventory and associated storage yards and facilities; ">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field; ">
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in oil and gas field operations; ">
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership, project management, or supervisory roles; ">
- Knowledge of oilfield production systems, drilling operations, and well optimization; ">
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, BSEE, etc.); ">
- Familiarity with operational software and SCADA systems; ">
