Greylock Energy is seeking a Well Tender to work out of our Appalachia South, Southern Division in Lewis County and surrounding areas in West Virginia.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Implement safe work practices and participate in a proactive safety culture that consistently prioritizes the safety of our Team Members, and the communities where we operate while also protecting the environment.
- Read gas meters.
- Conduct routine checks of all well sites on associated route.
- Repair and maintain well equipment and locations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Input well data into SCADA, including well pressures, meter volumes, tank measurements, and complete all associated forms for environmental, health and safety daily.
- Verify data in SCADA and production accounting software.
- Gauge tanks to maintain and manage fluid levels; some will require the use of a ladder.
- Safely navigate off road driving on lease roads using a company truck, or side by side, in adverse conditions.
- Maintain production goals by soaping, unloading, and using artificial lift.
- Achieve individual and team goals.
- Respond to occasional off-hour call outs at night, or weekends, to restart equipment and/or address other urgent matters.
LOCATION & TRAVEL
This role is outdoors, requires traveling to different locations within the operating area, and requires working in all types of weather.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role requires extended periods of physical activity including walking, kneeling, bending, lifting and the use of hand tools.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- A college degree and/or experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of oil and gas experience is preferred.
- Computer skills sufficient to use specialized programs, smartphone applications, and internet are required, with the ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
