This pivotal team is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing core systems within the company's machine learning platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
- Lead, manage, and mentor an infrastructure engineering team dedicated to building the foundational elements of the ML platform. Define and execute a technical strategy that ensures high performance, robust security, and scalability of critical systems.
- Collaborate closely with ML teams and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth model integration into production settings.
- Design and deploy scalable solutions, including CI / CD pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Enhance system performance by pinpointing and resolving infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Oversee comprehensive project management for infrastructure initiatives, from planning to execution and ongoing maintenance. Cultivate engineering best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
