What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Machine Learning Engineer (Search + LLM) position at Greylock?
To help support the growth of a key investment of ours in the NYC, we're looking to network with talented ML Engineers with strong backgrounds in Generative AI, NLP, and Search who are interested in joining a high-profile startup with significant revenue.
Target scope: Staff/TLM/Sr. Staff
Core focus: Applying GenAI to an enterprise search platform
Experience: 6 years industry experience as an MLE in NLP, Search, Deep Learning, etc. (1 years industry exp with LLM's required). Must have prior experience with model re-architecture work as well (CNN, DNN, RNN, etc.).
Hybrid work: Candidate must be local, but the company is flexible on the amount of time spent in office / week
