We’re looking for a deeply technical, hands-on engineering leader who’s excited to build and scale systems and teams. You’ll work alongside a small, fast-moving group to architect and ship complex products, while also helping grow the team from five engineers today to around 30 over the next few years. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys being in the codebase, and wants to lay the technical foundation for a high-performing engineering organization.
