Position Summary :
The Decoration Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of orders at each of our Decoration facilities. This role ensures deadlines are met and production scheduling is processed efficiently. This role will collaborate with managers from Inside Sales and Decoration teams to ensure the workflow to each vendor is correct, as well as timely information hand-off to keep production running. The Decoration Order Manager will maintain a comprehensive work-in-progress (WIP) reporting system, providing real-time visibility into order status for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Order Management :
- Oversee the lifecycle of all decoration orders once the order is picked to any given vendor.
- Monitor and track deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with Inside Support Manager on order allocation capacity, specialization, and deadlines.
