Greyson Clothiers is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Concept Design team. As a Graphic Designer on the Concept Design Team, you will play a key role in supporting the creative graphic design needs of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a blend of artistic skill, technical proficiency, and an understanding of current fashion trends.

- Collaborate with the Concept Design Team: Work closely with designers, product developers, and other cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative graphic designs for apparel.
- Visual Identity Development: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Greyson Clothiers' visual identity through original and impactful graphic designs.
- Apparel Graphics: Design and develop graphics for various types of apparel, ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines, current fashion trends, and target demographics.
- Seasonal Collections: Participate in the development of seasonal collections, translating creative concepts into compelling graphic designs that resonate with our customer base.
- Print and Pattern Design: Create unique prints and patterns for fabrics, considering scale, color, and overall aesthetic to enhance the visual appeal of our apparel.
- Production Support: Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate and high-quality execution of graphic designs during the manufacturing process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging design techniques to continually elevate the creativity and relevance of Greyson Clothiers' designs.
- File Management: Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects to facilitate collaboration and future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly within the apparel industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and print design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in the evolving design landscape.
