About the Role:

We’re growing and actively hiring Concrete Finishers at all skill levels to support our expanding workload. Whether you're a beginner looking to build your skills or an experienced finisher ready to lead, we have a place for you on our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Set up and prepare job sites for concrete pours

· Mix, pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces

· Operate various finishing equipment:

- Walk-behind trowel machine

- Ride-on trowel machine

- Viberscreed

- Bull float or Fresno

· Perform hand screeding, grading, and curb/gutter finishing

· Stamp, expose aggregate, and slick finish concrete as required

· Follow blueprints, site plans, and supervisor directions

· Maintain safety protocols and clean work areas daily

Qualifications:

· Experience in concrete finishing (at least 1 year of previous expereience)

· Ability to safely operate concrete finishing tools and machines

· Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills

· Ability to interpret schematics or grades is a plus

· Valid driver’s license preferred

ADA Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

· Must be able to work outdoors in various environments and weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain

· Must be capable of performing repetitive physical tasks related to construction work
