Remote Data Entry Clerk

This position requires staff to reside in San Antonio, Texas. Team members must pick up files from the office for data entry and return all documents upon completion. The position is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, though alternative arrangements may be considered.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. This role requires a strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy
• Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly recorded
• Conduct regular audits of data to maintain integrity and accuracy
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed, including filing and document management
• Utilize software tools such as Excel for data manipulation and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Skills

• Proficient in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy
• Familiarity with databases and office software applications, particularly Excel
• Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output
• Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus
