Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community. This includes collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing daily bank deposits and reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial reports, and processing invoices and payables. You will also be expected to operate the property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and complete transactions by entering all required fields correctly and by completing updates and back-ups to ensure the integrity of the system.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi/OneSite is essential, as is a strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
