Job Description:
The ideal candidate has previous leasing experience or is in a related position such as customer service, hospitality, or sales. They must also be available to work weekends and have a Hawaii Real Estate License.
Key Responsibilities include:
•Performing all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals
•Inspecting apartments prior to resident move-in and ensuring they are in move-in ready condition
•Staying informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and sales results
•Designing and executing marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community
•Using property management software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage resident and prospect data
•Ensuring the community and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality
•Following-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction
•Executing and performing activities in support of the community's lease renewal program
•Responding quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions
Additional Requirements:
•Holding all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
•Having a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
