What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advantage Solutions Coordinator position at Greystar?
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide RPM and site team training either by WebEx or in person ensuring availability as the resource for all questions concerning the property onboarding processes.
- Manage the Advantage Solutions onboarding help desk queue.
- Manage the incoming NOTs in order to cancel contracts and deactivate products on the appropriate date.
- Assists with the Advantage Solutions Order Form for new transactions.
- Assist in the identification, recommendation and implementation of enhancements to existing and new processes and procedures for Advantage Solutions transitions.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
