Responsibilities:
- Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun
- Answer questions or concerns about services or products
- Provide information about new promotions/devices/accessories
- Assist customers with billing, technical support, or account issues.
- Provide recommendations for problem solution
- Meeting individual and team sales goals
- Light Data Entry

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have availability to work (In-Person) Full Time
