What are the responsibilities and job description for the Move-In Coordinator position at Greystone Communities?
Fleet Landing's newest Life Plan campus in Nocatee, FL is currently seeking a Move-in Coordinator to join the Sales and Marketing Team.
The Move-in Coordinator will provide top-notch customer service to future residents as they prepare for their move to the community. The coordinator will serve as the liaison between future residents and third party professional resources such as organizer/planners, estate sale companies, realtors, moving companies, etc. in support of an efficient and low stress move.
The Move-in Coordinator will utilize strong relationship and communication skills as well as attention to detail to ensure the brand-new residences are ready for move-in. The process requires pre-move, moving day, and post-move activities; tracking each future resident’s journey in the CRM; communicating effectively with moving vendors and the marketing and operations teams; and working well under pressure.
Ideal candidates will display a genuine interest in caring for and serving older adults while participating as a team player.
One to two years of senior living experience involving customer service and sales is a plus.
