ASSISTANT RESIDENCE MANAGER

Greystone Programs is currently hiring an Assistant Residence Manager to help oversee the daily operations of a community residence in Poughquag, NY. This residence is home to six energetic young adults who enjoy activities such as going to the movies, shopping, freestyle hiking, and bowling. In this role, you will support the Residence Manager in managing daily operations, lead a dedicated team of direct support professionals, and contribute to the development of personalized life plans. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality services that empower individuals to develop independent life skills and live fulfilling, healthy lives as active members of their community.
Work schedule requires both day and evening hours with some on-call responsibility. Position will provide some shift coverage weekly. Saturdays - Wednesdays.
