Community-Based Mentor - Part-Time Position
$300 Retention Bonus
Work one-on-one with a child, adolescent or adult with an intellectual/developmental disability in their home or their local community. Mentors assist with goal achievement, initiate activities and opportunities for skill development and provide positive behavior supports.
Position requires HS diploma/equivalent, stable work history, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement provided. Part-time work schedules in Dutchess and Ulster County - with hours typically in the afternoon, early evenings and weekends.

Retention Bonus paid after 6 months of successful employment.
