Job Summery
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our Beverage program and run day to day operations of The Restaurant in addition to our other managers. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. By implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our F&B department and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Liaison with the Catering manager on Events and Weddings
Ordering wines and maintaining wine stock

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Design exceptional beverage menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Comply with all health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills -
A strong background in wine and expertise in wine menu development

Proficiency in cocktail development and bar management

Expertise in sourcing high-quality beverages, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating prices

Ability to train and mentor staff in beverage knowledge, service techniques, and compliance

Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and enhancing personal beverage knowledge
