Greystones is seeking a Product Manager to support the DoD in their acceleration of data, analytics, and AI to generate decision advantage from the boardroom to the battlefield. The role involves supporting the development, planning, and documentation of Search Portfolio products while applying business process improvements, modernization, and reengineering practices. Additionally, the position includes coordinating technical efforts for AI/ML-enabled search and indexing, managing project milestones and goals, and engaging with DoD mission teams to evaluate prospective projects.
Remote position with occasional travel to contractor site CONUS.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, planning, testing and documenting Search Portfolio products.
- Apply business process improvement practices, acquisition process/planning, modernization and reengineering old methodologies and principles.
- Support in the development and management of milestones, goals, and deliverables for portfolio products.
- Develop plans, road maps, and software design strategies.
- Coordinating and rationalizing contracts technical efforts to support AI/ML enabled indexing, search, and augmented retrieval of unstructured data sets.
- Captures, develops, and reports reference architectures and documenting compliance standards.
- Work with mission teams to engage with potential customers within the DOD and identify and evaluate prospective projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years’ experience or Masters Degree plus 3 years of experience.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Have assumed Product Owner role within the Scaled Agile Framework for several projects.
- Ability to identify key users and non-customer stakeholders, and balance the needs of all product stakeholders
- 2 years’ experience working with SCRUM, specifically grooming and prioritizing SCRUM team backlogs.
- Coordinating product backlogs across development teams to effectively share and maintain velocity among product teams.
- Ability to analyze and recommend alternative technical and business approaches and facilitate engineering efforts to meet timelines.
- DevSecOps experience, knowledge of CI/CD tooling.
- Experience working with software and data engineers developing products integrating containerized environments.
- Experience working with AI/ML or Big Data workloads.
- Well versed in modern software architectures like micro-services and current front-end frameworks used by the development teams.
- Problem solver mentality with a track record in active learning.
- Active Secret clearance with TS eligibility.
